Deodhar Trophy is a domestic league of India that consists of three teams; India A, India B, and India C. it is a 50-over game and was taking place every year from 1973 till 2020. After that, it was dropped by BCCI due to a busy domestic schedule, though came back in 2023 as announced in April 2023 by BCCI.
Introduction
The Deodhar Trophy sometimes written Devdhar Trophy is also known as the MasterCard Devdhar Trophy. It is an intrastate List A cricket competition held in India. It is a 50-over knockout game that is contested annually between India A, India B, and India C. B. Deodhar is well regarded as the Grand Old Man of Indian Cricket. Current Season
The current season, the 48th edition of the Deodhar Trophy was scheduled to take place between July 24th to August 4th, 2023. It’s also the first time the tournament will be played in zonal format since 2014.
The Deodhar Trophy, an Indian List A cricket tournament, had its 47th edition in the 2019–20 season. Three teams were chosen by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).
